Yes, that's the site. It's maintained (on a volunteer basis, of course) by
Mark Barratt, whose design business is Text Matters.

It doesn't have a whole lot of information either. Mark works long hours on
his business, and doesn't have much time left for things like the ATypI
site. I'm told it will get better, but I suspect that will happen slowly.
